NVT Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support talent acquisition and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process while assisting with onboarding and maintaining employee records. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills to ensure timely and successful hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
* Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Conduct initial telephonic screenings and assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Conduct reference and background verification checks, where applicable.
* Support offer rollouts and joining formalities.
* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations & Onboarding
* Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
* Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
* Support employee data management and HR administrative processes.
* Assist with HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
* Experience working with job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate databases.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.
