Key Responsibilities
· Develop and update marketing and training materials for Transfusion Systems products.
· Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to ensure they stay updated on product changes and new developments.
· Participate in industry-specific trade shows, training programs, and conferences.
· Organize workshops and training programs.
· Oversee new product launches and ensure effective market placement.
· Develop, implement, and maintain training materials, while ensuring proper documentation of training records.
· Foster Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and support clinicians in research studies, theses, and clinical trials.
· Conduct regular training programs for existing users and the sales team.
· Provide pre- and post-sales demonstrations and participate in clinical and technical compliance meetings.
· Identify and develop new markets for product promotion, while conducting competitor analysis to track market trends and activities.
· Plan and execute sales promotional activities to enhance brand presence and market growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, medical professionals, and opinion leaders to ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience
· Degree in MLT / Biotechnology /Pharma and MBA in Marketing
· Relevant experience in a similar role in Healthcare / Medtech / Diagnostics Industry.

· Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills
· Results-oriented with good negotiation &communications skill
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
· Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
