As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with enterprise planning solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications using standard tools and APIs.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and adapt application features efficiently.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
