Overview
Mars India is a specialized manufacturer of automotive components, including LSM (Lumbar Support Motor), VBM (Vent Blower Motor), and PCB Assembly. We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Store Manager to manage inventory operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy
- Manage inward/outward material flow and documentation
- Implement FIFO/FEFO and warehouse best practices
- Conduct stock audits and reconciliation
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety standards
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams
Common Requirements
- Korean Business Culture: Familiar with Korean corporate reporting styles (data-driven, fast-paced, deadline-oriented)
- Language Skills: Fluency in English & Hindi; Korean is an advantage
Reporting: Strong skills in Excel/PowerPoint for MD-level reporting
Pay: From ₹550,000.00 per year
