Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Store Incharge to manage and oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock management, and material handling. The candidate should ensure proper storage, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual or software-based)
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock verification and audits
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or loss
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams
- Prepare reports on stock status, consumption, and shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Follow company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, record-keeping)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
