Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned Seller accounts.
- Achieve revenue, recharge, and KRA targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor account performance and seller satisfaction.
- Generate and convert new business opportunities (NBD).
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in KAM, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and telephony systems.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on customer success and business growth.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
