Data Entry Operator (DEO) is responsible for transferring large volumes of information from source documents into digital databases, spreadsheets, or company systems. They ensure data accuracy, maintain strict confidentiality, and assist in generating reports and organizing physical and digital files.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: High typing speed with minimal errors (often requiring 45–60+ words per minute).
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and database management tools.
- Age criteria 18 to 29 years
Attention to Detail: Ability to quickly spot spelling mistakes, numerical errors, or formatting inconsistencies.
