- Provide timely and accurate information about property developments, pricing, availability, and other relevant details.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and development teams to gather accurate site development information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gauge their interest level and answer any additional questions.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals when required.
- Maintain marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
- Ensure that all promotional materials are up-to-date and accurately reflect property features and pricing.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
