Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support daily tasks and manage schedules. The role involves handling administrative duties, coordinating appointments, and assisting with personal and professional errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Maintain records, documents, and files
- Run personal and office-related errands
- Assist in planning events or meetings
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, or service providers
- Perform general administrative support tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Discretion and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
