We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our Japanese fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service standards, manage team performance, and assist in delivering a seamless guest experience while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction at all times
- Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fine dining
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is highly preferred
