Job description:
We are looking for a In-Store Jewlery Sales Consultant who can combine sales expertise with product understanding to deliver a premium, personalized buying experience.
Your core role will be to work closely with customers to design custom jewelry pieces, manage relationships, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to bring each piece to life.
What You’ll Do
- Attend to walk-in and referred customers with a focus on high conversion and premium experience
- Understand customer preferences and guide them in designing personalized jewelry pieces
- Coordinate with design and production teams to execute custom orders accurately
- Proactively inform customers about new collections, offers, and schemes
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions and repeat business
- Occasionally visit customers for closures or relationship building
- Support local marketing and engagement activities along with the team
- Ensure smooth in-store operations and a high-quality brand experience

Preferred Experience (Freshers can apply too)
- Prior experience in retail sales / jewelry / luxury products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in custom product selling or client consultation is a strong advantage
