About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
