You will be the bridge between the design studio and the execution site. Your primary responsibility is to manage labor, verify technical drawings, maintain strict quality control, and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Accuracy: Read, interpret, and execute architectural blueprints, working drawings, electrical layouts, and interior details flawlessly on-site. Vendor & Labor
- Management: Coordinate and manage specialized subcontractors (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, POP workers, painters) and general labor.
- Quality & Finish Control: Maintain a zero-compromise attitude toward finishing quality, material alignment, and structural stability.
- Timeline Management: Track daily progress against the project schedule. Proactively flag delays and resolve bottlenecks on the ground.
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and safe storage of materials on-site. Verify quantities against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to minimize wastage.
- Reporting: Send daily or weekly progress reports, including site photographs and milestone updates, to the project architect and management.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related construction field (Equivalent hands-on experience will also be highly valued).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, interior finishes, joinery details, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve unforeseen on-site technical issues quickly without compromising design intent.
- Communication: Fluent in Kannada , Tamil , Telgu ,Hindi and English to effectively manage local labor teams and communicate with clients/architects.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for commuting between different project sites across Bangalore.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
