Role Summary
We are looking for a driven, field-first sales professional to build the Bangalore B2B presence for both Casaro Creamery and Craft Meat & Co. You will be our first dedicated sales hire in the city — responsible for identifying, pitching, converting, and managing accounts across artisan bakeries, patisseries, Italian restaurants, cloud kitchens, cafes, hotels, QSRs, and meat/deli retailers.
You carry two complementary product lines into every meeting. The restaurant buying our mozzarella and burrata is also a buyer for our sausages and bacon. The bakery using our cream cheese for cheesecakes needs our bacon for quiches. One visit, two brands, higher revenue per account.
This is a hunter role. You will spend 80% of your time in the field. Operations, delivery, and warehousing are handled by our store manager — your job is purely to sell.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience
in food ingredients, dairy, meat, bakery supplies, or FMCG — with direct HoReCa selling experience strongly preferred
with knowledge of the city’s F&B landscape — bakery clusters, restaurant hubs, cloud kitchen zones
of chefs, bakery owners, hotel procurement managers, or restaurant owners is a significant advantage
- Comfortable selling both vegetarian (cheese) and non-vegetarian (meat) products
to diverse client types
- Comfortable with daily field work — 80% of time in kitchens, not at a desk
- Own two-wheeler; fuel reimbursement provided
- Strong communication in English and Hindi; Hindi a plus
- Smartphone proficiency for CRM, visit photos, and WhatsApp order management
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience selling cheese, dairy, or meat products to commercial kitchens
- Understanding of cold chain logistics for perishable products
- Experience with artisan/premium food brands
