Designation: - QA Engineer
Responsibilities:-
1. Vendor assessment & developement
2. Providing clearance for dispatch / arrange visit for inspection of material at vendor end.
3. Preparation of inspection report
4. Incoming material inspection
5. Follow up for mtc, boughtout itms test reports.
6. Clearing of rework GRN with debit amount
7. To sent mail regarding non suitable product received in incoming inspection
8. Communication with supplier, vendors regarding non confirmities.
9. Proper storage of mtc after verification
10. Raw material identification stage inspection
11. Identification & traceability of jobs
12. Preparation of NCR, CAPA, DCR
13. Get CAPA for rejection rework cases
14. Updation of fortnightly report, GRN data on drive
15. Check welding consumable quality
16. Gain knowledge regarding functional req
17. Devide all work as per importance and priority.
18. Inhouse calibration of tapes
19. Study drg files after receipt.
Deliverables:-
1. Clearing GRN on next day of receipt with proper & complete inspection with report / checklist.
2. Clearing daily offer on same day with proper & complete inspection.
3. Raise NCR on same day after receipt of CAPA
4. Mail Reply on same day.
5. Zero customer (Production, Client) complaint.
Accountability:-
1. On time completion of GRN, Offer with quality
2. On time documentation like Inspection Report / checklist, NCR, QAP preparation
3. In ward Material Quality
Education - B. E. / B. Tech Mechanical
Experience - 2 to 3 years
