Immediate Hiring for Medical Billing - AR Caller (US Health care process)
We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling insurance follow-ups, resolving claims & denials issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.
Location: Chennai
Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Cab: One-way cab drop (within 25 km radius)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End To End Experience In Medical Billing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Process
- Resolve denials, rejections & discrepancies
- In Hand Experience in Authorisation, Follow Ups and Eligibility Verification
- Work closely with billing teams for claim resolution
- Ensure timely closure of receivables
- Handle insurance follow-ups on unpaid/underpaid claim
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–4 years of AR Calling in Medical Billing experience
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM
- Good communication & analytical skills
