Roles & Responsibility:
1.Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute service and spares strategies in line with company goals, and manage department budgets.
2.Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the service team, setting performance goals and facilitating training.
3.Service Operations Management:
Oversee all service operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
4.Spares Inventory Control:
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability, control costs, and optimize supplier relationships.
5.Customer Relations:
Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
6.Data Management & Reporting:
Track service and spares performance, analyze trends, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
7.Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all activities.
Prefer candidates with exposure working in Commercial Vehicle segment
