About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences and modern visual designs. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience, be proficient in Figma and Photoshop, and be comfortable using AI-powered design tools to improve productivity and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
● Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
● Build and maintain design systems and UI components.
● Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, presentations, email creatives, and other branding assets.
● Create logos, icons, illustrations, and promotional graphics.
● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality designs.
● Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
● Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
● 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
● Strong expertise in Figma.
● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
● Experience designing brochures, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive design.
● Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
AI & Creative Skills (Preferred)
● Experience with AI-powered design tools such as:
○ ChatGPT
○ Adobe Firefly
○ Midjourney
○ DALL·E
○ Canva AI
○ Figma AI
○ Google Gemini
● Ability to create AI-generated concepts, illustrations, mockups, and marketing creatives.
● Experience writing effective prompts for AI design and content generation.
● Knowledge of AI-assisted image editing, background removal, and creative asset generation.
Bonus Skills
● Adobe Illustrator
● Adobe XD
● After Effects or Premiere Pro (basic)
● Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
● Branding and visual identity design
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
