Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Cluster Head – Real Estate Sales for the Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sales teams, driving regional business growth, and achieving revenue targets across projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities and must join along with an existing performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple sales teams across the assigned cluster/region
- Drive overall sales performance and revenue generation
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for business growth
- Monitor team productivity, lead conversion, and target achievement
- Handle high-value clients, investors, and premium property deals
- Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams for lead flow management
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients
- Ensure smooth execution of sales operations and reporting
Mandatory Requirement:
