Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Director to support day-to-day executive operations. The role involves calendar management, coordination, communication, and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the Director’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using Excel and other tools
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential information with integrity
- Assist in business coordination and follow-ups with stakeholders
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences as required
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and deadlines
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Key Skills:
- MBA graduate (any specialization)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in executive assistance or coordination roles
- Smart, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
