Key Responsibilities:
● Work with motion graphics and visual effects to enhance content quality.
● Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaign deliverables.
● Ensure brand consistency across all designs and videos.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media formats.
● Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and banners for
client and agency accounts.
● Create campaign creatives for influencer marketing and brand partnership campaigns.
● Develop visually appealing graphics that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
● Design ad creatives, promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
● Collaborate with the Content, Creator Partnerships, and Brand Relationship teams to understand creative requirements.
● Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining quality standards.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and industry best practices.
● Support internal branding and marketing initiatives through creative design solutions.
● Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or influencer marketing agency.
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
● Extensive knowledge of AI tools and their uses.
● Familiar with latest industry trends.
● Basic knowledge of video editing tools will be an added advantage.
● Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
● Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of social media content formats and visual storytelling.
●Good communication and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
