- Role Clarity – Field Sales Executive
(Business Development Support Role)

Reporting To :Business Owner
Role Purpose
The Field Sales Executive will support the Business Owner in business development and execution by handling lead qualification, customer coordination, site visits, basic technical understanding, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, operations, and finance teams.
This role is field-oriented and requires ownership, discipline, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Enquiries
Filter and qualify incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, references, online enquiries)
Provide basic product information and answer customer queries
Pass qualified leads to the Business Owner with clear details
2. Site Visits & Requirement Understanding
Visit customer sites within city and outside city/state when required
Take accurate site measurements
Understand customer requirements (application, size, automation need, timeline)
Clearly convey customer needs to Business Owner / Operations Team
3. Quotation & Commercial Coordination
Prepare and share quotations as guided by the Business Owner
Communicate delivery timelines and payment terms to customers
Ensure customer acceptance and approval of quotation
4. Project Readiness & Execution Support
Ensure site readiness before fabrication or installation
Coordinate with operations team for scheduling and execution
Confirm availability of raw materials or stock before project start
Ensure advance payment is received before starting work
5. Customer & Internal Coordination
Act as single point of contact for the customer during project execution
Provide regular updates to customers on project status
Follow up with operations team to ensure timely completion
6. Payment Follow-up & Documentation
Maintain database of:New clients,Advance payments received
Pending payments
Payment completed as per terms
Follow up with customers for pending payments
Coordinate with finance team for payment status
Skills & Knowledge Required
Technical / Educational
Basic knowledge of metals, fabrication, and manufacturing processes
ITI / Diploma / Mechanical background preferred
Computer Skills
Basic working knowledge of:
MS Excel
MS Word
PowerPoint
Comfortable with emails, WhatsApp, and internet usage
Communication
Clear business communication with customers and internal teams
Ability to explain technical points in simple language
Languages
Telugu – Mandatory
Hindi & English – Working knowledge
Mobility
Two-wheeler driving license – Mandatory
Four-wheeler license – Added advantage
Willingness to travel intercity and interstate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
