Job Title: Solar Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in solar systems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and as per company standards.
- Check system performance and prepare service reports.
- Coordinate with the project team and customers during installation.
- Maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Travel to project sites when required.
Qualification:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
- 0–2 years of experience in solar installation or maintenance.
- Freshers with basic electrical knowledge can also apply.
Skills:
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Solar panel and inverter installation.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel.
Location: As per project requirement.
Pay: ₹8,483.69 - ₹30,049.71 per month
