Job Title: District Manager
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven District Manager to oversee business operations, sales performance, and team management across assigned districts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing district teams, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise operations across assigned districts
- Develop and execute district sales and business growth strategies
- Recruit, train, and manage district-level staff/team members
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement
- Build and maintain relationships with distributor, vendors, and clients
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
- Prepare district reports and present progress to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Resolve escalations from customers/partners within the district
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned districts
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM Software / Reporting Tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
