Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect – B Arch to lead the design and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing architectural designs, managing design teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects meet quality, regulatory, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design development of real estate projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and master plans.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Oversee preparation of working drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
- Guide junior architects and design teams throughout project stages.
- Review contractor submissions and resolve design-related site issues.
- Conduct design presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure design deliverables meet deadlines.
- Ensure optimal space planning, sustainability, and cost efficiency in designs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and planning principles
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Strong presentation and visualization abilities
- Good understanding of construction processes and materials
- Knowledge of local development control regulations (DCR)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- Registered with Council of Architecture (CoA) (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
