Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, banquet, and other F&B outlets. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supervising service associates, maintaining quality standards, and supporting revenue generation while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of all assigned F&B outlets.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the service team to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties to team members.
- Monitor outlet cleanliness, ambience, and presentation as per brand standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, mise en place, and service readiness.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure timely service.
- Handle guest feedback and implement corrective actions where required.
- Assist in achieving departmental revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor inventory, breakage, and wastage to minimize operational losses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and statutory regulations.
- Train new associates and conduct on-the-job coaching.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain departmental records.
- Support banquet and special event operations whenever required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a reputed 4-star/5-star luxury hotel.
- Currently working as a Food & Beverage Executive or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
- Excellent guest handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Tamil is preferred.
- Experience working in South India is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
