Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic B2B customer relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions & corporate hospital chains. The role focuses on revenue generation, customer retention, business development, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including corporate hospitals & government institutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions with decision-makers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable medical device solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Monitor order status, deliveries, payments, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer database, visit reports, and sales forecasts using CRM.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships to increase repeat business and customer loyalty.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, healthcare institutions or corporate customers will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
