Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) who will manage HR Operations and end-to-end Recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handling the complete employee lifecycle while partnering closely with business teams to support growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (50%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding support.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.

Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle (50%)

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.

Maintain employee records, HR systems, attendance, and leave data.

Prepare and issue all HR documentation and letters.

Coordinate with payroll for salary processing and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Support HR policy implementation, audits, and compliance documentation.

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and engagement activities.

Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate HR trackers.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.

Strong understanding of core HR functions and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems/HRIS.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
Prior experience with Startup / Advertising / Product-based company is a plus.
