Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with existing clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
- Candidates from Palayamkottai and nearby areas are preferred.
