Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager for a leading High-Rise Residential Construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-rise residential projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise site execution and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Monitor contractor performance, billing, and material utilization.
- Implement safety policies and ensure statutory compliance at project sites.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- PMP certification or M.Tech in Construction Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in high-rise residential building construction.
- Proven experience in managing large residential projects from foundation to handover.
