Job Description: Draftsman
Job Title: Draftsman

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with 2–3 years of experience in interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and execution drawings based on design specifications and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and technical documentation for interior projects.
- Develop working drawings including:
- Floor plans
- Furniture layouts
- False ceiling layouts
- Electrical layouts
- Plumbing drawings
- Elevations and sectional drawings
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and site execution teams.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and execution standards.
- Conduct site measurements when required.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and material details if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in interior design drafting.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp / Revit (Preferred)
- MS Office
- Good understanding of interior fit-out detailing and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, furniture detailing, and site execution standards.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working on residential and commercial interior projects.
- Ability to understand design concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
