Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities in the production plant.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns.
- Maintain SMT, assembly, testing, and other production equipment in efficient working condition.
- Monitor utilities such as compressors, DG sets, UPS, air conditioning systems, and electrical panels.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, machine history, and service reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Manage spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Guide and train maintenance technicians to improve technical skills.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, control panels, and industrial automation.
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Preferred Experience
- 4–5 years of maintenance experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), SMT, PCB Assembly, or electronics manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
