Associate – Operations & Administration
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team in the plastic manufacturing and processing industry.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and interested in developing practical experience in operations, production coordination, inventory/records, and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Managing Director
Monitor and coordinate day-to-day shop floor activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain and update production, material, inventory, and operational records.
Collect, organize, and report daily production and shop floor data to management.
Prepare basic MIS reports and operational summaries using Excel/Google Sheets.
Assist in monitoring production schedules, work progress, material requirements, and machine utilization.
Coordinate with production workers and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Identify and communicate production delays, material shortages, quality issues, and other operational concerns.
Assist with basic Tally operations, including Tally Prime / ERP 9.
Support documentation, data entry, filing, and other administrative activities related to operations.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
Develop an understanding of plastic manufacturing and processing, including production processes, materials, machinery, and quality requirements.
Take initiative to learn and gradually take ownership of additional responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
0–1 year of professional experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn about plastic manufacturing, processing, and shop floor operations.
A practical, problem-solving attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
