Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sources.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer data and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Required Skills
- Experience in real estate/property sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
- Ability to conduct site visits and close sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in residential property sales is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
