About the role
We're looking for a UGC & Creator Strategy Intern to help grow Uni Seoul through creator-led, trend-driven, and platform-native content — and to help put the brand on the map in India's D2C and retail ecosystem. This role is for someone deeply immersed in internet culture who understands creators, viral formats, audience behaviour, and what makes people stop scrolling. If you naturally analyse why content blows up and care about how brands are talked about publicly, this is for you.
What you'll be responsible for
- Tracking social media trends, viral formats, and creator movements
- Ideating UGC-style content and reel concepts
- Researching creators aligned with the brand and assisting with outreach and collaborations
- Developing content strategies that improve engagement and reach
- Studying high-performing content across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
- Helping the team create relatable, organic, and platform-native content
- Analysing what performs and why
- PR & brand visibility — proactively reaching out to media pages and communities like D2C Insider, Retailer India, and similar platforms to get Uni Seoul covered, featured, and talked about
- Building and maintaining a LinkedIn presence for the brand — sharing updates, milestones, and brand stories with the startup and retail ecosystem
We're looking for someone who
- Understands the creator ecosystem really well
- Has strong awareness of internet culture and Gen Z content trends
- Is passionate about social media and content strategy
- Naturally studies creators, brands, reels, hooks, and virality
- Understands the difference between polished ads and authentic content
- Has strong creative instincts along with analytical thinking
- Is proactive, organised, and execution-focused
- Can write well — for captions, outreach emails, and LinkedIn posts alike
Bonus if you nice to have
- Have experience managing or growing a page
- Understand creator outreach and collaborations
- Edit reels or short-form content
- Have prior experience with PR outreach, media pitching, or brand communications
- Are active on LinkedIn and understand how to build brand credibility there
- Constantly save/share content ideas and references
Important
This is a full-time position that will primarily begin as an internship. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this structure.
We are not looking for someone who just consumes content. We're looking for someone who understands why content works — and knows how to make the world notice a brand.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
