Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive financial strategy and long-term business planning
✅ Partner with leadership on strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling & MIS reporting
✅ Manage treasury, banking relationships, working capital & cash flow
✅ Oversee manufacturing costing, profitability analysis & commercial performance
✅ Optimize inventory, capital expenditure & asset utilization
✅ Ensure statutory compliance, financial governance & audit readiness
✅ Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team while collaborating with banks, auditors and key stakeholders
We're Looking For
✔ Senior Finance Professionals with 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
✔ Strong expertise in Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, Working Capital Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, Forecasting, and Strategic Finance
✔ Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, Export-oriented businesses, or Process Industries is highly preferred
✔ Candidates with a strong Corporate Banking background, particularly in Treasury, Credit Assessment, Working Capital Financing, Banking Relationships, and Strategic Financial Planning, are strongly encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
