Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Market Expansion
Explore new markets and customer segments for wastewater treatment solutions.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Develop strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational goals.
Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
Conduct regular sales reviews and provide guidance for improvement.
Technical & Commercial Coordination
Work closely with the engineering and project teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
Participate in client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or related field) or Business Administration.
MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
5–10 years of experience in sales/business development within the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Experience in handling industrial ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, and wastewater treatment projects.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Sound understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and industry practices.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
