About the Role
ANTS Digital is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our Hyderabad team.
This role requires someone who can independently manage day-to-day client interactions, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely execution of campaigns, and bring structure to ongoing client deliverables. The person will act as the bridge between the client and internal teams across content, creative, performance marketing, SEO, website, video and social media.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a digital marketing agency and should be comfortable managing client expectations, taking briefs, following up internally, tracking deliverables, and ensuring quality output within agreed timelines.

Client Management
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients. Build strong working relationships and ensure smooth communication between the client and agency teams.
Brief Understanding
Take clear briefs from clients, understand their business needs, campaign requirements and deliverables, and convert them into actionable internal briefs.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with content, creative, design, performance, SEO, tech and video teams to ensure timely execution of client work.
Project Follow-ups
Track all ongoing tasks, campaign requirements, creative deliverables, reports, approvals and feedback loops. Ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Execution Ownership
Manage day-to-day execution across social media calendars, campaign creatives, website updates, performance marketing requirements, reports and other digital deliverables.
Client Communication
Share updates, follow-ups, timelines, MOMs, reminders and status reports with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Review & Quality Check
Review creative, content and campaign outputs before sharing with clients to ensure they are aligned with the brief and basic quality expectations.
Reporting Support
Coordinate with internal teams to collate monthly reports, campaign summaries, performance updates and client review decks.
Issue Escalation
Identify delays, gaps or client concerns early and escalate them internally to ensure timely resolution.
Meeting Management
Schedule and participate in client meetings, prepare MOMs, track action points and ensure closure.

Experience
4-5 years in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Client-facing maturity
Should be able to interact directly with clients with confidence, clarity and professionalism.
Digital understanding
Good working knowledge of social media, content calendars, creative campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, websites and reporting.
Communication skills
Strong written and spoken communication skills. Must be able to write clear emails, MOMs and client updates.
Coordination ability
Should be good at follow-ups, timelines, task tracking and internal alignment.
Ownership mindset
Ability to take responsibility for deliverables and ensure closure without constant supervision.
Attention to detail
Should be able to catch basic errors in copy, design, timelines, reports and campaign requirements.
Problem-solving
Should be able to manage day-to-day client concerns calmly and escalate where required.

Role Summary
This is not a purely coordination-based role. We are looking for someone who can bring maturity, credibility and ownership to client relationships.
The person should be comfortable doing the legwork required in an agency environment, while also having the confidence to interact directly with clients and represent ANTS Digital professionally. At 3–5 years of experience, the candidate should be able to manage day-to-day client servicing responsibilities independently, while working closely with senior leadership and internal teams.
