Resilient mindset to handle rejections and stay motivated under pressure.
Role & Responsibilities:

Source quality resumes using job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Assess candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit, and interest in opportunities.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain accurate reports and follow structured recruitment processes.
