Role Overview
Assist doctors and surgeons in patient evaluations, routine clinical procedures, round management, and ward care under direct supervision to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery and clinical workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Evaluation & Assessment: Obtain comprehensive medical histories, perform physical examinations, monitor vital signs, and document clinical findings accurately in patient records.
- Clinical & Surgical Support: Assist senior consultants during outpatient clinics, daily ward rounds, routine bedside procedures, and surgical operations as directed.
- Diagnostics & Treatment Planning: Order routine laboratory and diagnostic tests, track test results, present findings to attending doctors, and assist in formulating care plans.
- Discharge Management: Draft detailed discharge summaries, prepare take-home medication instructions, and coordinate seamless post-discharge care transitions.
- Patient & Family Education: Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment protocols, post-procedure care, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up appointment schedules.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Allied Health Sciences, or an equivalent clinical discipline.
- Experience: 1–5 years of clinical rotation or hands-on hospital experience as a Physician Assistant in inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Key Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic assistance, and procedural skills.
- In-depth understanding of medical protocols, pharmacology, and patient safety guidelines.
- Exceptional communication, empathetic patient counseling, and multi-tasking abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
