Restaurant Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant, lounge, and bar operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant and bar staff.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, beverage service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of food, beverages, and operational supplies.
- Control costs, minimize wastage, and support revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate front-of-house, kitchen, lounge, and bar teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Must have experience managing lounge and bar operations.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems, reporting, and operational best practices.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
