Business Development Executive – IT Services
AltheaBit is a growing software development and technology services company focused on building digital solutions for startups and businesses. We work across website development, web applications, mobile applications, backend APIs, cloud solutions, and business automation.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us build and drive client acquisition from scratch for our software services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a lead generation pipeline from scratch for software services offerings
- Identify target customers, research prospects, and create outbound outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Generate and qualify leads for software development and IT services projects
- Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and maintain lead trackers regularly
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal technical team for project discussions
- Support proposal follow-ups, client communication, and deal progression
- Work closely with the founding team to contribute to sales strategy and business growth
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
- Preferably from IT services / software services / B2B sales
- Experience in building lead pipelines or outbound sales efforts from scratch
- Strong communication, follow-up, and client handling skills
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification is preferred
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership and initiative
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
