Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)( bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field)
- Should be okay working in rotational & flexible shift
- UiPath Advanced (Professional) Developer or Solution Architect Certification (mandatory)
Role Summary:
Highly experienced UiPath Solution Architect to define, drive, and scale enterprise-wide RPA programs. The role requires deep UiPath technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to lead and mentor a ~30member team (architects, tech leads, developers, and analysts) while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders.
The architect will own RPA strategy, solution design, governance, delivery excellence, and value realization across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
RPA Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Own end to end RPA solution architecture using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, AI Center, Insights, Automation Hub).
- Define enterprise RPA standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Design scalable, secure, and high availability architectures for large volume and mission critical automations.
- Review and approve solution designs, code quality, and deployment strategies.
- Drive adoption of advanced UiPath capabilities (RE Framework, queues, APIs, AI/ML, Document Understanding, attended & unattended bots).
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
- Lead and manage a large RPA team (~30 members) including architects, leads, developers, and analysts.
- Set technical direction and ensure consistent delivery quality across multiple parallel programs.
- Build succession planning, skill development, and certification roadmaps.
- Conduct architecture reviews, performance reviews, and technical coaching.
Program & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business, IT, security, infrastructure, and compliance teams.
- Translate business requirements into robust automation solutions with measurable ROI.
- Provide executive level updates, automation roadmaps, and value tracking.
- Manage multiple large RPA initiatives across geographies.
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Define and enforce RPA governance model, SDLC, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive be st practices for credential management, exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for hyper automation (RPA + AI + APIs).
- Evaluate new UiPath releases and emerging automation technologies.
- Continuously improve automation efficiency, stability, and cost optimization.
