- Welcome customers professionally and create a premium first impression at the workshop reception.
- Coordinate vehicle service appointments and manage customer arrivals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the dealership management system.
- Assist Service Advisors by preparing job cards and updating customer information.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries regarding service appointments and vehicle status.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth customer flow and timely service delivery.
- Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle repair and maintenance progress.
- Process service-related documentation, invoices, and customer acknowledgements accurately.
- Ensure the reception and customer lounge areas are maintained to luxury brand standards.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives by addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
