Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
- Manage visitor records and maintain office logs.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Prior internship or customer service experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
