Position: WelderDepartment: Production / Fabrication
Reporting To: Factory Supervisor / Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform arc welding, MIG/TIG welding for metal components (frames, structures, fittings)
- Read and interpret technical drawings / fabrication designs
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts as per specifications
- Ensure strong and clean weld joints with proper finishing
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and alignment
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition
- Follow safety standards (PPE, fire safety, handling tools)
- Coordinate with fitter and fabrication team for assembly work
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Ability to read shop drawings
- Attention to detail and precision
- Basic knowledge of metal fabrication processes
Experience:
- 1–5 years in fabrication/interior factory work
Fitter – Job Description (Interior Factory)
Position: FitterDepartment: Production / Assembly
Reporting To: Factory Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fit metal, wood, and modular interior components
- Interpret technical drawings and layout plans
- Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, and finishing tasks
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and fitting accuracy
- Assist in installation of modular furniture, partitions, fixtures
- Work closely with welders and carpentry team
- Inspect finished products for quality and measurements
- Maintain tools and follow workplace safety standards
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of fitting tools and techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Hands-on skills in assembly and installation
- Good coordination and teamwork
Experience:
- 1–5 years in interior or fabrication industry
Working Hours (Typical)
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on production schedule
