About the Company
We are a growing construction and infrastructure company involved in residential, commercial, and government projects. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can contribute to design development, project coordination, and execution support.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings
- Develop detailed plans for residential and commercial projects
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and presentation views
- Work on realistic rendering, lighting, textures, and material presentation
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams
- Prepare client presentations and design proposals
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements
- Ensure drawings are technically accurate and execution-ready
- Visit project sites when required and support execution activities
- Resolve architectural and design-related site issues
Required Software Skills
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape / D5 Render
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS PowerPoint
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong architectural design and space planning skills
- Understanding of building bye-laws and construction standards
- Good visualization and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Practical problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential, commercial, or government projects
- Knowledge of construction detailing and site coordination
- Candidate with a portfolio of completed or ongoing projects will be preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
