Experience Required: 2–3 years (Fintech domain preferred)
Role Focus: Production Support
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience in fintech/payment systems (Payin, Payout, UPI, BBPS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in production support, incident management & RCA
- Good understanding of API flows, log analysis, and debugging
- Working knowledge of SQL, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of transaction lifecycle and reconciliation
- Ability to handle client communication and manage escalations
- Team handling capability with focus on SLA adherence
- Familiarity with compliance and security practices
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 support environment
