Brands Accord LLP is looking for a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive growth, maximize ROI, and improve customer acquisition performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across social media, search engines (SEM), and display platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and quantitative analysis
- Monitor and improve ROI, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) across all marketing channels
- Identify performance bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analysis using tools like Google Analytics
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in a performance marketing or quantitative marketing role
- Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns on:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Ads / Google AdWords
- Other paid performance marketing platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic marketing decisions
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, audience targeting, and conversion optimization techniques
