Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and student-friendly Lab Assistant with practical knowledge of Data Engineering tools and concepts. The role involves supporting students during lab sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, mentoring learners, and coordinating with online trainers.
Required Skills
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, scripting basics)
- Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX basics)
- SQL & NoSQL Databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Azure Data Factory (ADF) and ETL concepts
- Databricks & basic Apache Spark
- Git & GitHub
- VS Code, Jupyter Notebook, Azure tools
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students during Data Engineering lab sessions.
- Troubleshoot coding, Power BI, Databricks, and environment setup issues.
- Support tool installation and configuration.
- Help students with assignments, projects, and debugging.
- Track student progress and provide one-on-one mentoring.
- Coordinate with online trainers and share daily progress updates.
- Ensure lab readiness before each session.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, data-related roles, teaching, or training environments.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for helping students learn and grow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
